NiceBuy.org was founded as a Non Profit Organization in August 2009 by Virginia Tech students Kevin Eberling
and Joe Casola to seize an opportunity for a new frontier in charity fundraising.
The organization raises money efficiently for outstanding causes without asking for donations from its
supporters. The causes NiceBuy supports are all prescreened for their efficiency and for their capacity to help
improve the lives of people. NiceBuy especially aims to avoid charities that consume large amounts of
resources on marketing and administrative expenses at the expense of the actual cause.
NiceBuy is particularly proud of being a lean organization and relies on word of mouth via social networks and
internet media to spread their message.
